Terms for online test purchases.

Validity and visits

Online purchases are valid for 30 calendar days from payment. A preferred visit date helps EC Care prepare but does not reserve a guaranteed time slot. Appointment-dependent services require separate confirmation.

Prices and service availability

The price shown at final checkout is validated against EC Care’s current catalog. Vaccine stock, send-out tests, ultrasound, and other scheduled services may require confirmation and may not be purchasable online.

Preparation

Patients are responsible for following preparation instructions supplied by EC Care or their referring clinician. Contact EC Care when instructions are unclear. This website does not provide individualized medical advice.

Cancellations and refunds

Unused purchases may be submitted for manual refund review before expiry. Completed or partly used services are not refundable. Payment-provider and other non-recoverable transaction fees may be deducted where legally permitted. Refund timing depends on the original payment method.

Identity and results

EC Care may verify the patient’s identity before service and before releasing results. Online results require the patient’s transaction credentials. Do not share those credentials with unauthorized persons.
