How online purchase information is used.

Information collected

For online registration, EC Care collects the patient’s identity and demographic information, contact details, selected services, preferred visit date, consent records, and payment reference. Card and e-wallet credentials are handled by PayMongo and are not stored by EC Care.

Purpose

Information is used to create and manage the laboratory transaction, route services into the laboratory workflow, coordinate appointments when required, process payment and refunds, communicate visit instructions, and release results to authorized recipients.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payment processing, and EC Care’s laboratory information workflow. Patient details are not placed in payment metadata or analytics. Public website analytics are aggregate and do not contain medical information.

Your choices

You may ask EC Care to review or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing eccaremedical@gmail.com or calling (032) 254-9527. Records that EC Care must retain for clinical, accounting, or legal reasons cannot be deleted on request.

Security

Checkout and laboratory integrations use encrypted connections, signed requests, restricted credentials, and duplicate-transaction safeguards. No internet system can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and handled under applicable Philippine requirements.
